The equipment can treat high water-content crude oil and extra high water-content crude oil into purification oil , so that the crude oil dehydration process is changed from the original two or three stages of dehydration into one stage of dehydration. Large processing capacity and high working efficiency: due to the new structure design, its efficiency is 2-4 times that of the traditional three-phase separator, and the treatment liquid volume per unit has reached the advanced domestic level. High degree of automation and high dehydration rate: high degree of automation, realize the interface automatic control of pressure, oil level and water level, and stable operation improve the quality of products. The water content of output crude oil is lower than 0.5%, which reaching the standard of high quality purified oil; The oil content of the sewage is less than 300mg/L, thus reducing the burden on the sewage treatment system.

Technical advantages of test separator: imported pneumatic pressure controller, liquid level controller, pneumatic control valve. It realizes automatic measurement of separator pressure, oil level and water level, eliminating the gas-liquid separation caused by human factors. In order to ensure the effectiveness of liquid and gas measuring instruments and reduce the workload of field management, oil and water metering is achieved through turbine flowmeters. Advanced orifice flowmeters and temperature and pressure compensated pressure transmitters are used to measure natural gas.

Technical advantages of filter separator: first stage filtration: the gas enters the barrel from the inlet pipe of the separator. The blocking effect of the inner wall or the support of the filter makes the gas slow down, and the particles affected by gravity are separated first. Secondary filtration: this stage is composed of several filter elements (filter elements). Gas from the outside to the inside through the filter coalesce filter element, solid particles are intercepted by the filter medium, liquid particles are gradually coalesce on the inner surface of the filter element because of the coalesce function of the filter medium. When the droplets reach a certain size, the droplets fall off from the outer surface of the filter element and enter the liquid tank. Three-stage filtration: the outlet of the filter separator is provided with a vane guide plate. When the gas passes through the vane guide plate, the guide plate can effectively capture small liquid particles and improve the separation efficiency.
