The 16T mobile superheated steam generator produced by Huajun was successfully put into operation in the heavy oil block of Wuerhe District, Karamay City, Xinjiang, and started thermal recovery service. The OTSG is equipped with the latest integrated boiler numerical monitoring platform. The new platform collects and records important parameters such as the outlet pressure, outlet temperature, steam injection volume and gas volume of the steam generator, and sets thresholds for parameters to achieve real-time data monitoring.The new platform enables remote control of the entire steam injection service process.
